Apprentice Branch Administrator in Rochester

You will be working in a busy sales office. You will be supporting a small friendly team to process customer orders and ensure we meet our customer expectations on service.

The job will also include:

  • Processing sales and purchase orders ensuring they are within clients credit limits
  • Using specialist software to process transactions
  • Checking paperwork is accurate for deliveries
  • Occasional working in warehouse to pick orders and check stock
  • Gaining full knowledge of company products to increase sales opportunities
  • Working to tight deadlines to meet customer high expectations and demands for service and delivery.

Internal Sales Administrator (London Branch) (Ref WOM0055)

This role will involve sales administration support, sales order processing, preparing quotations and providing support to the Branch Manager on the day to day running of a busy branch. As a team player you will be able to work to tight deadlines in order to support our customers demands for service and delivery
